With the recently announced acquisition of the district scale Rio Negro Project in Argentina, the Company plans to unlock the potential of over 500,000 ha of land, known to contain lithium pegmatite occurrences that were first discovered in the 1960s but have seen little exploration since. The acquisition is expected to close imminently.  

Alongside lithium, Green Shift has exposure to uranium, vanadium, nickel, and phosphate, with historic resources at its Berlin Project in Colombia.
