John Lewins will go through the significant transformation that is underway at K92’s Kainantu Gold Mine in Papua New Guinea. After restarting operations in late 2016, K92 made a disruptive discovery, transforming the Kainantu mine into one of the highest-grade and lowest cost gold producers in the sector. The disruptive discovery has also resulted in tremendous resource growth and multiple stages of production expansion. In mid-May 2020, K92 announced a resource update for its Kora deposit, achieving a major milestone and setting the stage for the next phase of expansion.
