CAVU Mining announced that it intends to acquire a 100% interest in the 6,829 ha Star Cu-Au porphyry project in British Columbia, located 100km W-SW of Dease Lake. The project has been previously explored with over ~18,000m of historic drilling and hosts multiple, permitted, drill-ready targets with mineralization extending up to 700m depth. We view this acquisition positively as it adds another porphyry project to CAVU’s copper portfolio. In our opinion, CAVU is an exciting junior copper explorer that is assembling a portfolio of high-quality projects in tier-one jurisdictions.
